Acacia Lopez, third-year graduate student in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program, has been awarded the Clinical Intensive Fellowship from SAMHSA's Mental Health and Substance Abuse Fellowship Program. This award is an additional arm of her existing SAMHSA fellowship, which will provide her with specific mentoring and resources related to obtaining a clinical internship. It is only awarded to 15 MHSAS fellows each year.
